Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and family therapy sessions via our secure video platform, ensuring a comfortable and confidential environment for your clients.
• Assess clients’ needs, develop treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each individual or family.
• Document session outcomes and update client records meticulously while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with our billing team to simplify administrative processes—focus on your practice while we handle invoicing and client payments.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Participate in weekly team meetings and peer supervision to enhance therapeutic approaches and share insights.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will serve a wide range of clients, including individuals facing emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges. Qualifications

• A valid state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Utah is mandatory.
• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective client interactions.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

• Attractive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
• Weekly direct deposit for timely compensation.
• Full-time counselors are eligible for a healthcare stipend after meeting specified requirements.
• Newly approved full-time and part-time counselors receive a first client Sign-On bonus to support their initial integration into our practice.
