We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic team at Wellness & Health Care Resource Centers. This full-time, remote position offers the opportunity to work within a flexible schedule while providing critical mental health support to individuals and families in the Las Vegas area.

As an LMFT, you will be responsible for:
Your work will focus on a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse issues, and family conflict. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to supporting clients on their recovery journey, ensuring tailored therapeutic approaches that respect each client’s unique experiences and backgrounds.

While we welcome both seasoned therapists and those new to the field, prior experience working within outpatient settings, managing caseloads, and delivering diverse therapeutic techniques will be considered an asset. Knowledge of addiction treatment methodologies is also beneficial as we support clients with substance use disorders.
