Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive, trusting relationships with clients to create a safe and supportive environment for therapy.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and develop tailored treatment plans based on individual circumstances.
• Lead individual and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities to facilitate healing and personal growth.
• Regularly evaluate client progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and refer clients to specialists when necessary, ensuring a holistic approach to care.
• Document and maintain accurate treatment records to comply with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will have the privilege of working with a diverse array of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. You will be instrumental in providing culturally sensitive and individualized care uniquely suited to each client's needs while promoting empowerment and resilience.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is essential.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively to balance patient caseload and administrative duties.
• Strong communication skills, enabling meaningful connection and rapport with clients and team members.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience providing individual and group therapy.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and a range of therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or solution-focused therapy.
• Experience in a remote work setting is a plus, allowing for a seamless transition into our telehealth model.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
