Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain positive, trusting relationships with patients, creating an environment conducive to therapeutic progress.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnose mental health disorders, utilizing standardized tools and methodologies.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that address specific patient needs and circumstances, ensuring each plan is dynamic and tailored to facilitate positive change.
• Meet with clients regularly, providing counseling, treatment interventions, and adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations.

Qualifications

• A valid LMFT license is required.

Compensation and Benefits
