Work Environment

This is a fully remote position, supporting our clinicians in achieving a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations of clients using the current DSM under the supervision of a licensed psychologist or psychiatrist.
• Provide short-term psychotherapy and counseling (10-30 billable hours per week) tailored to the needs of individuals, families, and groups, using evidence-based modalities.
• Deliver various therapeutic interventions, including crisis intervention, brief therapy techniques, skills training, supportive therapy, and family counseling.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans while assessing clients' mental health and dual diagnosis needs.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and communications with collateral contacts, such as social agencies and schools.
• Engage in regular consultations with other healthcare professionals to discuss complex cases and coordinate thorough care.
• Participate in quality assurance activities by reviewing difficult cases and contributing to clinical team meetings.
• Stay up-to-date with best practices and regulatory guidelines, ensuring compliance with organizational and state policies.

Qualifications

• A valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Psy.D in the state of Arizona.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of two years of experience in providing psychotherapy services with demonstrated proficiency in working with diverse client populations.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems is required.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in providing therapy through digital platforms, able to engage clients effectively in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and the latest developments in mental health care.

Compensation and Benefits
