Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health challenges through interviews, evaluations, and observations to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, to promote emotional health and personal insight.
• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals, monitor their progress, and adjust treatment strategies as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Utilize teletherapy tools and techniques to provide virtual sessions for clients who may have mobility issues or prefer remote engagement.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes to adhere to ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications

• The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience and credentials.
