Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health diagnostic assessments to understand the unique needs of each client.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on diagnostic evaluations and ongoing discussions with clients, ensuring they are tailored to meet specific therapeutic goals.
• Maintain thorough documentation, including treatment plan updates, case notes, and evaluations of ongoing therapeutic interventions.
• Employ evidence-based practices to assess and modify treatment strategies, enhancing therapeutic outcomes for clients.
• Foster a supportive therapeutic relationship by offering guidance, support, and resources that empower clients in their mental health journeys.
• Collaborate with a team of mental health professionals, sharing insights and strategies to ensure comprehensive care for clients navigating a variety of challenges.
• Participate in regular supervision sessions designed to refine clinical skills, enhance cultural competence, and engage in peer learning.
• Utilize creative therapeutic techniques to inspire clients to achieve their goals while addressing complex issues such as mental health and cultural identity.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Cozy Nest Wellness Center, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families. Your experience will enable you to address a wide range of issues, from relationship dynamics and parenting challenges to mental health conditions such as anxiety and depression. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or an equivalent credential.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
