Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while effectively engaging with clients through secure telehealth platforms. Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong therapeutic relationships with clients, fostering a safe and supportive environment where they feel comfortable discussing sensitive issues.
• Conduct thorough assessments to accurately diagnose mental health disorders, creating individualized treatment plans that address each client's unique challenges.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that cater to various mental health needs, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Regularly consult with clients to monitor their progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring they receive the most effective care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, referring clients to additional resources or specialists when their needs extend beyond your scope of practice.
• Document patient interactions comprehensively and maintain up-to-date records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with adults and adolescents facing a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma-related disorders, and co-occurring substance use disorders. Your commitment to understanding and addressing diverse client backgrounds will significantly contribute to their healing journey and overall well-being.

Qualifications

• A valid LMFT license in the state of California is required.
• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Proven ability to establish rapport with patients and a commitment to promoting mental wellness.

Preferred Experience

• Certification or experience in addiction therapy is highly desirable, along with a solid understanding of evidence-based treatments for substance use and co-occurring disorders.
• Demonstrated effectiveness in therapeutic and counseling skills, along with the ability to inspire and motivate clients throughout their therapeutic journey.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other mental health professionals.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
