Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients to foster a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.
• Diagnose and assess various mental health disorders through comprehensive evaluations, and collaborate with clients to determine appropriate treatment goals.
• Create personalized treatment plans based on individual circumstances, preferences, and needs, utilizing evidence-based approaches.
• Conduct regular therapy sessions, adapting techniques and methodologies as required to provide effective support and treatment.
• Monitor and assess patient progress consistently, adjusting treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations and client feedback.
• Engage in group therapy sessions and family therapy when applicable, facilitating discussions that promote healing and understanding.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and facility policies.
• Coordinate referrals to external specialists or services when additional support is necessary, ensuring a holistic approach to client care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely-related field is required.
• Previous experience in working with mental health disorders and in delivering therapeutic services remotely is a plus.

Preferred Experience

• Specialized training in addiction counseling or experience working with co-occurring disorders.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices specific to substance abuse and mental health treatments.
• Proficient in using telehealth platforms and maintaining client confidentiality in a digital space.
• Exemplary communication and collaboration skills, essential for effective teamwork and client interactions.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
