Fully Remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Needed in Faithful Wellness Care Clinic

SALARY: $90,000 to $110,000 per year with benefits

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assesses patient and family psychosocial needs and develops plan of care
• Organizes and prioritizes daily work by assessing new, current, and discharging patient needs in area(s) of responsibility;
• Diagnoses and treats various mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders;
• Coordinate and manage specialized assessment and intervention services
• Apply brief solution-based therapy approaches and Implement harm reduction strategies when appropriate
• Provides supportive, crisis bereavement and other social work interventions as necessary; and
• Comply with all standards to assure the health and safety of all staff and individuals we serve.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have 3+ years of proven experience in providing counseling services.
• Master's Degree in Marriage & Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current, valid and unrestricted clinical license as a LMFT or equivalent.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Keen problem-solving techniques
