Remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – Alaska
Location: Waianae, Hawaii
Job Types: Full-time
Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Schedule: Monday - Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
About the Role:
Are you a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and are looking for your next role? Nextaff offers flexible scheduling with no limits on hours, full-time positions with overtime, weekly pay, and benefits. LMFT responsibilities include assessments, therapy, and treatment plans, requiring an active California license, CPR certification, and EMR familiarity, with a compassionate demeanor.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide teletherapy sessions to clients dealing with emotional, relational, and mental health challenges.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as CBT, DBT, EFT, and solution-focused therapy.
  • Offer crisis intervention and support when needed.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare providers to ensure integrated care.
  • Participate in virtual team meetings, case reviews, and continuing education.

Requirements:

  • Active LMFT license in Hawaii (required).
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing therapy.
  • Previous telehealth experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and virtual therapy platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Reliable internet connection and a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace.
