Key Responsibilities

• Administer high-quality massage therapy sessions, utilizing various modalities to address client-specific needs.
• Customize treatment plans for each client based on thorough assessments, ensuring a personalized and effective experience.
• Engage with clients using our monthly membership model to foster long-lasting relationships and monitor their progress over time.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable treatment environment by upholding hygiene standards and safeguarding client confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a diverse client population, including athletes, office workers, the elderly, and individuals seeking relief from stress or chronic pain. Qualifications

• Valid state licensure or certification as a Massage Therapist in Illinois is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or an equivalent level of education and experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency in various massage modalities, including, but not limited to, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, and Trigger Point Therapy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Commitment to ethical practice and maintaining appropriate professional boundaries.

Preferred Experience

• At least one year of hands-on experience in a professional massage setting.
• Previous experience using client management software or wellness center systems is a plus.
• A proven track record of developing successful client relationships and demonstrating positive outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits
