Work Environment

As a member of our team, you will work in an onsite outpatient office where our clients come seeking relief and rejuvenation. The supportive atmosphere at Serenity Summit Bodyworks Wellness is built upon teamwork and mutual respect, enabling you to focus entirely on delivering top-notch therapy. Each massage room is well-equipped with high-quality supplies, ensuring that you are prepared to offer a variety of services tailored to client needs. Flexible scheduling is available within our operational hours of 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM from Monday to Saturday, allowing you to balance your professional aspirations with personal commitments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify pain points and tension areas, ensuring a thorough understanding of each individual’s needs.
• Deliver a variety of massage techniques, such as Swedish, deep-tissue, hot stone, sports, Shiatsu, and prenatal massage, adapting each approach based on client feedback and preferences.
• Engage clients in discussions regarding their health histories and desired outcomes to formulate personalized treatment plans that detail specific massage types and recommended frequency.
• Maintain accurate records for each client, documenting progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize therapeutic results.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and professional standards within massage therapy practice to ensure a healthy and secure environment for clients and staff alike.
• Provide educational resources related to relaxation techniques, postural improvement, and at-home self-care strategies to enhance client well-being outside of treatment sessions.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when clients require additional care or referrals.

Qualifications
