Key Responsibilities

• Conduct ethical and empathetic virtual counseling sessions using secure video chat platforms, ensuring confidentiality and a safe space for clients.
• Utilize evidence-based solution-focused therapeutic modalities tailored to meet each client's individual treatment needs.
• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that incorporate specific goals, preferences, and progress benchmarks.
• Guide clients in introspective reflections to deepen their understanding of their experiences, emotions, and relational dynamics.
• Monitor client progress consistently, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary and equipping clients with healthy coping strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in a counseling-related field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A valid state-issued mental health counseling license to practice independently, such as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW. Please include your license and state information in your application.

• A proven track record of managing a full caseload efficiently, alongside familiarity with client documentation and therapeutic record-keeping.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and working hours.
