Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via video conferencing, fostering a supportive environment where clients can discuss their feelings and experiences.
• Guide clients through the self-exploration process, helping them develop greater insight into their emotional states and the dynamics of their relationships.
• Act as an advocate for each client, collaborating to help define and achieve their personal goals.
• Assess client mental health conditions, devising and implementing treatment plans based on evidence-based approaches reflective of your clinical expertise and knowledge.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress, treatment interventions, and outcomes in accordance with clinical standards and confidentiality policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with adult clients from diverse backgrounds who are experiencing a range of mental health conditions. Our focus is on providing culturally competent care, ensuring that you can navigate the unique challenges faced by each individual, from anxiety and depression to relationship issues and life changes.

Qualifications

• Possession of a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Active, unrestricted licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in your respective state; provisional licenses will not be considered.
• Demonstrated clinical and diagnostic skills with a commitment to continued professional development.
• A strong interpersonal disposition combined with a sympathetic approach to client care, promoting trust and engagement.
• Ability to perform independent evaluations, informed decision-making, and treatment planning.
• Proficient in utilizing technology, with strong computer literacy and an ability to adapt to new digital tools quickly.
• Personal workspace that complies with privacy and confidentiality policies as mandated for telehealth practices.

Preferred Experience

• Experience managing a diverse client caseload, adapting therapeutic approaches to meet varying client needs effectively.
• Experience in a telehealth setting, comfortable utilizing video conferencing platforms for client interactions.
• Additional state licensures, particularly dual or multi-state certifications.

Compensation and Benefits

• Attractive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually based on experience, with additional compensation for full-time status.
