Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth assessments and screenings, utilizing standardized tools and clinical interviews to identify clients' mental health needs.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that reflect clients' unique backgrounds and therapeutic goals, regularly reviewing progress and adjusting strategies accordingly.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions by applying evidence-based methodologies, focusing on therapeutic techniques that inspire change.
• Engage actively with the multidisciplinary treatment team, ensuring communication remains open and collaborative to deliver cohesive care.
• Offer psychoeducation and support to clients' families, empowering them to contribute to the recovery process through understanding and involvement.

Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Certified Social Worker- Clinical (LCSW-C).
• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related mental health field.
