Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough examinations of clients to assess their physical condition and identify imbalances, tension, or pain.
• Provide a variety of massage techniques, such as Swedish, deep-tissue, hot stone, Shiatsu, sports, and prenatal massages, customized to each client's therapeutic needs.
• Engage in detailed discussions with clients regarding their medical histories and specific issues, ensuring that expectations are clearly set before proceeding with treatments.
• Create personalized treatment plans outlining the types of massages and the frequency of sessions required for optimal client outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client progress and treatment modifications to support ongoing care.
• Ensure massage rooms are stocked with necessary supplies and maintained in a clean and welcoming manner.
• Proactively suggest aftercare practices, such as relaxation exercises or lifestyle adjustments, to improve long-term wellness.
• Collaborate with other wellness professionals at the spa to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care.
