Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include the following:

• Conduct ethical and compassionate individual counseling sessions through secure video chat platforms.
• Create and implement detailed, person-centered treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused therapeutic modalities to facilitate positive client outcomes.
• Assist clients in gaining insights into their experiences, emotions, and interpersonal relationships.
• Monitor treatment progress, adjust plans as necessary, and help clients develop effective coping mechanisms.
• Maintain thorough documentation and adherence to ethical standards in all client interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults experiencing a range of mental health challenges. Qualifications

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess the following:

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current and valid state license (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) which allows for independent practice.
• No past disciplinary actions affecting licensure.
• Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating a compassionate and empathetic approach to client care.
• Proficiency with technology and the ability to navigate an online counseling portal comfortably.
• Reliable internet connection to support teletherapy sessions.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of clinical experience providing mental health counseling.
