Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health issues through clinical interviews and standardized tools, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs.
• Engage clients in dynamic, empathetic one-on-one therapy sessions to support them in navigating their emotional and psychological challenges.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based practices to promote mental health improvement and personal growth.
• Provide guidance and advocacy to clients as they set and pursue their personal goals, ensuring they feel supported and empowered in their journey.
• Maintain regular documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with clinic standards and regulatory requirements, while managing minimal paperwork through our streamlined system.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a licensed mental health therapist at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults seeking support for various mental health challenges. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential.
• Possession of one of the following independent licenses is mandatory:

  • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
  • Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC)
• No limits or provisional licenses should be held, and a clean disciplinary record is required.
