Key Responsibilities

As a Mental Health Clinician, you will be entrusted with the following key responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive program-specific screenings and evaluations to formulate accurate diagnoses.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and crisis management strategies that are clear, measurable, and collaboratively designed with clients.
• Apply a strength-based, solution-focused approach to ensure clients receive the appropriate level of care.
• Triaging clinical emergencies effectively, implementing safety protocols and consultation procedures as needed.
• Maintain compliance with evidence-based practice guidelines while continuously developing your knowledge of current psychotherapeutic modalities.
• Understand and navigate both internal and external levels of care, facilitating timely referrals to external resources for clients.
• Meet established direct service productivity goals defined by the clinic’s operational standards.
• Engage positively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote effective communication and collaboration.
• Document client interactions and care plans in adherence to agency policies and healthcare regulations.
• Stay informed about cultural competencies, ensuring that your methodologies are respectful and inclusive of diverse backgrounds.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of this role is to provide mental health services to low-acuity adults who are facing a variety of challenges that may hinder their wellbeing. You will be instrumental in helping individuals navigate their mental health journeys, utilizing evidence-based practices to address issues ranging from anxiety and depression to life transitions and interpersonal conflicts. Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, or a Doctoral degree in Psychology.
• Current licensure as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Preferred Experience

While the minimum qualifications are essential, we prefer candidates who have prior experience in a community health setting, particularly in providing supportive psychotherapy and crisis intervention for adults. Familiarity with mental health challenges faced by diverse populations will greatly benefit our team and clients alike.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
