Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Psychotherapist, you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities to ensure effective patient care:

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients, utilizing video chat technology as necessary to maintain connection and support.
• Assess and identify the behavioral and mental health needs of clients, crafting tailored therapy goals and objectives.
• Implement solution-based treatment modalities to foster positive outcomes and address the unique challenges faced by each client.
• Facilitate insightful discussions with clients to enhance their understanding of their emotions and relationships.
• Continuously monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans as needed to cultivate healthy coping strategies.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with the latest advancements in psychotherapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on stable, low-acuity adults who may be navigating various life stressors, including anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Qualifications

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• A current and valid state license is necessary. Accepted licenses include Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), and Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Ability to practice independently without supervision is essential.
• No disciplinary actions on your license are acceptable.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor are critical for success in this role.
• Technological literacy and familiarity with digital therapy platforms are highly desirable.

Preferred Experience
