As a part of our network, you will work alongside other licensed professionals in an onsite setting, engaging with clients face-to-face. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual counseling sessions with clients in-person to facilitate their mental health journey and enhance their emotional well-being.
• Utilize video chat solutions when necessary to accommodate clients who prefer remote sessions, thus increasing accessibility to care.
• Encourage clients to articulate their experiences, fostering self-awareness and understanding of personal and relational dynamics.
• Advocate for clients by helping them define their goals and develop strategies to achieve them within a supportive therapeutic alliance.
• Perform comprehensive assessments of clients' mental states, and formulate detailed, individually tailored treatment plans drawing on evidence-based practices and your clinical expertise.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure ongoing effectiveness in addressing emotional and psychological needs.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss case management and share insights that enhance practice and patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on a diverse range of clients, all carefully pre-screened to ensure stability and low acuity challenges. This ensures that you will provide care in a manageable setting, allowing administrative tasks and client load to remain balanced, enabling you to concentrate on delivering exceptional therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• An active, independent state license, which includes one of the following: Licensed Independent Marriage and Family Therapist (LIMFT), Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), Licensed Independent Social Worker Supervisor (LISW-S), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
• Ability to make sound professional evaluations for treatment planning and implementation, demonstrating critical thinking in therapeutic settings.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a compassionate and empathetic approach to client interactions.
• Proficient in using technology and electronic health record systems to maintain accurate documentation and client records.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working directly with clients in community health settings or outpatient therapy environments.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and intervention strategies.
• Familiarity with client-centric approaches that promote empowerment and resilience.
