Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with clients via secure video chat to enhance their mental health and emotional resilience.
• Facilitate discussions that encourage clients to express their thoughts and feelings, guiding them toward greater self-awareness and deeper understanding of their relationships.
• Serve as a client advocate, helping them establish personal goals and navigate their options for mental health improvement and support.
• Thoroughly assess clients’ mental health statuses and develop customized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices and your clinical expertise.
• Engage with clients who present low-acuity mental health challenges, ensuring a stable and supportive therapeutic environment without the stress of severe cases.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will work with are carefully screened to ensure they are stable adults experiencing manageable mental health concerns. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Must hold a full, unrestricted license issued by the state board to practice independently, including but not limited to: LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LICSW, or psychologist.
• Strong interpersonal skills and an empathetic attitude are essential for effective counsel.
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with telehealth technology and online therapy platforms.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in teletherapy or remote counseling is strongly preferred but not mandatory.
• Previous work within community health settings or clinics is advantageous.
• Active participation in continuing education to stay abreast of the latest therapeutic techniques and evidence-based practices.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000, based on hours and case load.
