Key Responsibilities

• Serve as an advocate for clients, guiding them to develop their personal capacities and effective coping strategies, thereby enhancing their overall quality of life.
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs, strengths, and areas for improvement, establishing clear, tailored goals to meet their unique challenges.
• Design, coordinate, and manage individualized support plans, regularly monitoring progress to ensure effective outcomes within specified timelines.
• Facilitate engaging therapeutic sessions, offering expert advice on the best courses of action based on clients’ situations and circumstances.
• Provide informed oversight to clients’ progress, reassessing and updating support packages as necessary to better address their evolving needs.

Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits
