Candidates can expect to earn between USD 90,000 – 104,000 annually based on hours worked and client load.

Work Environment

This role will be onsite at our community health clinic in Peoria, AZ, providing a unique opportunity to contribute to a community-focused health initiative while leveraging telehealth technology. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual therapy sessions via video conferencing, ensuring a safe and confidential space for clients to explore their mental health concerns.
• Facilitate discussions that help clients articulate their feelings, thoughts, and experiences, leading to greater self-awareness and emotional health.
• Act as a patient advocate by assisting clients in setting and reaching therapeutic goals to improve their overall quality of life.
• Evaluate clients' mental health conditions and develop customized treatment plans utilizing a solution-focused approach, informed by clinical expertise.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidates will work with carefully screened adult clients, primarily those with low-acuity mental health challenges. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.
• Candidates must possess a current, unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Arizona; limited or provisional licenses will not be accepted.
• Demonstrated ability to provide thorough professional evaluations, make informed decisions regarding treatment plans, and execute interventions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients in a virtual setting.
• Strong proficiency with technology and digital tools to efficiently manage virtual therapy sessions.

Preferred Experience

• Previous telehealth experience is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with conducting therapy through digital platforms.
• Experience in providing support for clients with varying mental health diagnoses and experience employing outcome-driven treatment strategies.
• Background in community health or a similar setting may be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

• Attractive salary range of USD 90,000 - 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
