Key Responsibilities
- Conduct video counseling sessions with clients to support and enhance their mental well-being.
- Facilitate discussions that promote self-awareness, emotional expression, and goal-setting in clients.
- Assess clients’ mental health conditions through thorough evaluations, devising and implementing tailored treatment plans grounded in clinical best practices.
- Act as a steadfast advocate for clients, ensuring they feel heard and empowered throughout their therapeutic journey.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate case documentation in adherence to HIPAA regulations and organizational policies, minimizing administrative burdens to focus more on client care.

Qualifications
- A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
- Must possess a current, fully independent license, such as:
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
- Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
- Proficiency in completing professional evaluations, treatment planning, and delivering effective mental health interventions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine empathetic demeanor are essential for client rapport and effective communication.
- Computer literacy is critical, given the remote nature of this position and reliance on digital counseling platforms.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in telehealth or remote counseling environments is a plus but not mandatory.
