Work Environment

The therapist will operate in our welcoming outpatient office located in the beautiful San Tan Valley. The facility is designed to foster relaxation and tranquility, equipped with state-of-the-art massage therapy tools and a serene ambiance conducive to healing. Employees benefit from a flexible schedule, with working hours ranging from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Saturday, allowing for a balance between professional and personal life.

Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Massage Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Delivering therapeutic massages utilizing various techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage, carefully tailored to meet the unique preferences and needs of each client.
• Engaging in thorough assessments of clients’ health histories and current conditions, allowing you to design customized treatment plans that align with their wellness goals.
• Educating clients about the benefits of massage therapy, providing clear explanations of the treatment process, and advising them on post-session care to enhance the effectiveness of therapies.
• Maintaining a clean and organized therapy space while strictly adhering to health and safety guidelines, ensuring both a sanitary environment and clients' comfort and confidentiality.
• Continually updating your knowledge of the latest industry techniques and practices to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Practicing active listening and effective communication with clients during sessions, ensuring a personalized approach to care that addresses their individual needs and concerns.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must possess:

• A valid license to practice massage therapy in Arizona.

• Demonstrated experience in providing therapeutic massage services, ideally in a clinical or wellness setting.

While a minimum of one year of practical experience is required, we value advanced practitioners with additional training in holistic approaches or alternative therapies. Compensation and Benefits
