Overview

We are looking for a Licensed Counselor to work in an outpatient setting in New York, offering weekday therapy to clients coping with emotional and psychological concerns. This position offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule and access to a collaborative clinical environment.

Position Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday through Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide therapy sessions to clients managing anxiety, trauma, or depression
2. Develop individualized treatment plans
3. Collaborate with other professionals in care coordination
4. Document sessions in alignment with state and organizational standards

Required Qualifications

1. NY license (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT required)
2. Graduate degree in a behavioral health field
3. Tech-savvy with EHR and remote care platforms
