Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) – Barrow, Alaska 

Job Overview

Help shape lives by providing exceptional mental health services. We’re expanding our care team and are looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to support our clients with their unique needs.

Position: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 annually, with a full benefits package.

Duties

• Deliver therapy to individuals and families in a professional setting.
• Perform patient evaluations and craft individualized care plans.
• Apply evidence-based approaches to enhance client outcomes.
• Coordinate with other professionals for integrated care.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate case records.
• Engage in ongoing training and skill-building opportunities.

Skills

• Master’s degree (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license required).
• Expertise in providing therapy and counseling services.
• Adept at working with children, families, and diverse populations.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Capable of managing responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
