Job Types: Full-time
Competitive pay and incentives: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits
Flexible schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

In our outpatient center, you’ll join a diverse team dedicated to providing compassionate, client-centered care to individuals, couples, and families across Florida.
We believe therapy is a journey of healing, and as part of our team, you’ll help your clients work through challenges such as:
- Anxiety, depression, and mood disorders
- Relationship issues, trauma recovery, and life transitions
- Stress management and coping skills
- Self-esteem, grief, and loss
- Family dynamics, parenting support, and more
Your Day-to-Day Might Include:
- Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and developing personalized treatment plans
- Offering evidence-based therapeutic interventions (individual, couples, family)
- Utilizing modalities like CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and other techniques
- Providing crisis intervention when necessary
- Documenting client progress and treatment plans using user-friendly EHR systems
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, psychiatrists, and other specialists
- Participating in continuous professional development and supervision
We’re looking for a dedicated LMHC who:
- Holds a valid LMHC license in Florida (or is license-eligible)
- Has experience in outpatient therapy or private practice settings
- Is skilled in evidence-based therapeutic approaches (CBT, DBT, solution-focused therapy, etc.)
- Has a passion for working with diverse populations and an understanding of cultural competence
- Is empathetic, professional, and a great communicator
- Is comfortable with both in-person and telehealth counseling sessions
- Has a growth mindset and enjoys working in a collaborative environment
