• Document therapy progress and interventions meticulously.

Compensation Package: $90,000–$110,000 annually, with full benefits.

Qualifications Needed:

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or Psychology.
• Active Washington State licensure (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, etc.).
• Proven experience with diverse client groups and concerns.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to balance independent and team-based work.
