If you’re a compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) ready to make a difference, we have an opportunity for you! Join our team in Washington State and work with individuals and families who are navigating their mental health journeys toward healing and stability.

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm

Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions with a focus on client well-being
• Monitor client progress and work alongside a multidisciplinary team
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and healthcare providers for coordinated care
• Assist families and caregivers in providing continued support at home

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + benefits package

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling
• LMHC license in Washington State
• Experience with older adults is preferred
• Proficient in clinical assessments and treatment planning
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
