Looking for Full Time Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW)

Salary Range:

• $100,000 - $105,000 per year and benefits

Responsibilities:

• Provide counseling and therapy sessions to clients, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and maintaining accurate client records.
• Provide ongoing care for people with a mental health diagnosis and/or drug and alcohol use disorder
• Attend staff meetings and engage in a positive culture
• Provide behavioral health services to a diverse population
• Manage private practice case load
• Assess and diagnose mental health disorders
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive mental health services.

Qualifications:

• Must have a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, and Psychology.
• Active state license as LMFT. LCSW, LPC or related.
• Experience of 2 years in the field of practice.
• Excellent communication and Problem-solving skills
• Ability to build strong, meaningful relationships
