Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC, LMFT,LICSW) needed.

We are looking to add a licensed therapist to our clinical team, either full-time or part-time, who is interested in offering whole-person, whole-family mental health care. The person to whom this function reports is a clinical supervisor.

Schedule: Full Time and Part Time

Essential Job Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Practice evidence-based techniques to motivate, guide, and help our members meet their goals successfully
• Partner closely with other members of the clinical team, including psychiatrists, coaches, nurses, and behavioral case managers
• Pilot experimental therapy protocols and techniques
• Participate in training on our proprietary curriculum and collaborative care mode
• Complete psychological assessment reports, including providing vocational recommendations and feedback to clients, as appropriate for client’s comprehension level
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments to determine a client’s suitability for work assignments, counseling or other referrals.
• Provide culturally sensitive, mental health and substance abuse counseling to individuals and groups, along with case management
• Consult and collaborate with clients, case managers, and internal/external providers to coordinate client care.

Qualifications:

• No history of Medical Malpractice Claims, verified by a Third Party.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or similar disciplines
• Social Work License Required per State Regulations.(LMHC, LMFT,LICSW)
