Virtual Mental Health Therapist – LMFT / LCSW / LMHC | Indiana

Salary: $100,000 - $110,000

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Summary:

This remote role is designed for licensed mental health professionals who want to offer high-quality therapy services from home. The Virtual Mental Health Clinician will support individuals and families across Indiana by providing structured assessments, personalized treatment plans, and regular virtual sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver one-on-one and group therapy via secure telehealth platforms
2. Conduct mental health assessments and develop goal-oriented treatment strategies
3. Maintain up-to-date clinical documentation in the electronic health record
4. Collaborate with external care providers when appropriate
5. Tailor interventions to meet the specific needs of each client

Required Qualifications:

1. Active Indiana license: LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC
2. Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy
3. Prior experience with remote care or outpatient mental health services
4. Digital fluency and strong written and verbal communication skills
5. Strong sense of ethics and ability to work independently
