Location: Florida

Compensation: $100,000 – $110,000 annually

Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Full-Time

Position Summary:

We’re hiring a Florida-licensed LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW to provide therapy services through a digital platform. The role includes structured telehealth sessions, clinical planning, and documentation. This full-time position is ideal for therapists who value both flexibility and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct intake assessments and establish care plans
2. Deliver therapy to individuals and groups in a virtual setting
3. Monitor outcomes and adjust care as needed
4. Maintain accurate clinical documentation
5. Coordinate with internal teams for comprehensive care

Qualifications:

1. Active LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW license in Florida
2. Master’s degree in a relevant behavioral health field
3. Experience with telehealth and EHR platforms
4. Ability to work independently and maintain client engagement
