Remote Mental Health Therapist

Location: Florida

Compensation: $100,000 – $110,000 annually

Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Full-Time

Position Summary:

We are hiring a Licensed Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW) to provide virtual mental health services throughout Florida. This full-time role focuses on delivering therapy from a private home office while maintaining a consistent weekday schedule. The position allows clinicians to focus on client care while administrative support handles scheduling and billing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Complete assessments and develop treatment goals
2. Provide therapy via HIPAA-compliant video conferencing
3. Track clinical progress and update documentation
4. Collaborate with other clinicians when appropriate
5. Ensure compliance with licensing standards and policies

Qualifications:

1. Florida license (LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW)
2. Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
3. Experience in telehealth, outpatient, or clinical settings
4. Strong computer and organizational skills
