Licensed Mental Health Therapist – Remote Role in Chapel Hill, NC

Work Location: Remote (Must be licensed in North Carolina)
Schedule: Full-time | Monday to Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Range: $100,000–$110,000 annually

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual therapy services to individuals and/or families
• Develop treatment plans aligned with clinical best practices
• Document sessions and update progress using a streamlined EMR system

Qualifications

• Licensed in North Carolina (LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT)
• Master’s degree from an accredited behavioral health program
• Experience working in a virtual care setting is a plus
