Licensed Therapist – Chapel Hill, NC

Location: Fully Remote (North Carolina license required)
Work Hours: Full-time | Monday to Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $100,000–$110,000 annually

Position Overview
This telehealth role is structured for licensed therapists seeking a predictable schedule and clinical autonomy. You’ll provide care remotely, supported by an operations team that allows you to concentrate solely on treatment delivery.

Key Duties

• Conduct remote intake assessments and ongoing therapy sessions
• Monitor treatment outcomes through digital platforms
• Coordinate with other clinicians to ensure continuity of care

Required Credentials

• Active North Carolina license (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT)
• Graduate degree in a behavioral health field
• Prior virtual therapy experience is preferred but not required
