We are onboarding licensed Mental Health Therapists in California for telehealth therapy roles.

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 per year, plus benefits

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct mental health assessments and develop personalized treatment strategies.
• Provide teletherapy sessions via secure video and phone platforms.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and treatment documentation.

Qualifications:

• Active LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD license in California.
• Master’s or Doctorate in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong communication and client rapport-building skills.
• Detail-oriented approach to clinical documentation.
