Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC) Needed in St. Cloud, Minnesota – Remote Opportunity

Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Salary: $90,000-$110,000 annually, including comprehensive benefits

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide virtual therapy sessions to assist clients in achieving emotional well-being.
• Help clients process their challenges and develop practical coping mechanisms.
• Act as a source of guidance and advocacy, empowering clients to achieve personal milestones.
• Assess mental health needs and craft individualized, solution-driven treatment plans.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active Minnesota license (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or equivalent).
• Proven experience addressing diverse mental health concerns.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
