Full-Time Opportunities for Licensed Mental Health Therapist

We are looking to hire counselors to join our established and reputable mental health private practice. SALARY:

• $90,000 - $110,000 per year and benefits

Responsibilities:

• Provide Counseling to adults and children
• Work directly with individuals providing psychotherapy.
• Provide ongoing treatment plans
• Assess client situations for delivery of services
• Maintain records with documentation of therapy sessions
• Maintain adequate notes in a timely manner for insurance billing
• Collaborate with treatment providers as necessary

 
Qualifications:

• Must have 3 years of previous experience with mental health counseling
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Professional Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field.
• Must hold current North Dakota state LCSW, LICSW, LPCC, or LMFT license.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients and their families
• Wiliness to stay updated on new treatments, protocols, licensing requirements within the filed to work independently as part of the team.
