Hiring Now: Licensed Physical Therapist | California-Based Clinic

Salary Range: $90,000 – $100,000 per year

Location: Lodi, California 

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing team. As a PT, you will evaluate, develop, and implement treatment plans for patients with a wide range of physical impairments. You will work collaboratively with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide optimal rehabilitation outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
  • Administer manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities
  • Monitor patient progress and modify plans as needed
  • Document patient care accurately and timely in the EMR system
  • Educate patients and families on techniques to enhance recovery and prevent injury
  • Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintain compliance with California PT licensing and documentation standards

Qualifications:

  • Valid California Physical Therapist License (or eligible)
  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program (DPT preferred)
  • CPR/BLS Certification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in EMR and documentation
  • 1+ years of clinical experience (new grads encouraged to apply)
  • Experience in outpatient, orthopedic, or sports rehab settings
  • Bilingual (Spanish, Mandarin, or Tagalog) is a plus
