Key Responsibilities

• Conduct ethical and compassionate mental health counseling sessions with clients through video chat.
• Implement solution-based treatment modalities tailored to individual client needs.
• Develop and oversee comprehensive, personalized treatment plans based on clinical assessments and client feedback.
• Facilitate sessions to help clients gain insight into their emotions, experiences, and interpersonal relationships.
• Regularly monitor and assess client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as needed, and assisting clients in cultivating healthy coping mechanisms.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will predominantly work with a diverse group of stable, low-acuity adults facing various mental health challenges. Our goal is to provide effective solutions that help them enhance their overall quality of life. By fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship, you will guide clients in navigating their personal journeys toward psychological wellness and self-sufficiency.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree or equivalent from an accredited program in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current state-issued license as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) is mandatory.
• Ability to practice independently without supervision and a clean disciplinary record.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients from various backgrounds.
• Proficiency in using technology and digital tools essential for remote counseling.

Preferred Experience

While prior experience in a clinical setting is preferred, we value passion and a commitment to mental health above all. A track record demonstrating a compassionate approach to counseling and a willingness to learn will be highly regarded. Experience with remote therapy practices will also be beneficial in this role.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000, dependent on hours worked.
• A generous sign-on bonus of $5,000.
