What You'll Do:

• Provide quality nursing care to residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes.
• Complete accurate documentation.
• Supervise and support STNAs/CNAs.
• Work closely with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and caring environment.

Qualifications:

• Current Ohio LPN license in good standing.
• Long-term care experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused.
