Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Help people get back into the swing by joining our team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)!

Summary:

• This is a part-time position based on a 24 hour work week
• No weekends and no major holidays!
• Schedule -Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8:30am 4:30pm or 9:00am - 5:00pm
• The rate for a Licensed Practical Nurse is $25.00 per hour

Essential Responsibilities:

• Provide high quality care and treatment to assigned consumers

• Administering injections

• Collaborate with other nurses to refill prescribed medications

• Obtaining prior authorizations from various insurance companies

• Educate and update clients on medical concerns or questions

• Additional duties, as assigned

Education Requirements:

• Active PA Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• HS Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Previous mental health experience

• Ability to build rapport with consumers

• Compassionate and caring demeanor

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• PA Child Abuse History Clearance (Act 151)
• PA Criminal History Clearance (Act 34)
• PA Department of Human Services: Use service code 1KG738
• Educational Documentation: Official Transcripts
• Practical Nurse License
• Child Abuse Mandated Reporter Certificate
