Work Environment

Our full-time LPNs typically work five shifts per week to ensure round-the-clock patient care, while our part-time options provide the flexibility to balance work and personal commitments.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring, medication administration, and wound care, under the supervision of registered nurses or attending physicians.
• Document patient interactions, health assessments, and care provided in compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans by collaborating with other healthcare team members.
• Educate patients and families on treatments, medication regimens, and self-care practices, encouraging active participation in their health journey.
• Maintain an organized and sanitary work environment by following infection control protocols.
• Assist patients with mobility, addressing their comfort and safety needs during transfers and repositioning.
• Act as a source of emotional support for patients and their families, providing comfort during challenging healthcare experiences.
• Participate in and contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the nursing team, ensuring high standards of care.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
