Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to clients, utilizing your expertise to help them navigate mental health challenges.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
• Collaborate proactively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, nurses, and support staff, to provide holistic care.
• Utilize our advanced platform to manage a caseload, allowing you to focus on direct client care rather than administrative tasks.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus is on serving individuals experiencing low acuity mental health issues. Clients are carefully screened to ensure they are stable and can engage in productive therapeutic processes. You will have the option to select client demographics based on your expertise, allowing you to create an impactful and fulfilling caseload.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted LMSW license in the state of Michigan, with no disciplinary actions on your record.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to foster professional and supportive interactions with clients and their families.
• Ability to work independently and creatively, adapting to the needs of clients and organizational demands.
• A dedicated and private workspace to ensure compliance with confidentiality and privacy regulations.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience managing a personal caseload, including developing treatment plans and conducting therapy sessions.
• Familiarity with digital health platforms and technology-enhanced service delivery.
• Multi-state licensure or dual certification is a significant advantage that can enhance your application.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will receive a significant sign-on bonus upon seeing your first client within two weeks of onboarding.
