Key Responsibilities

• Implement the nursing process through thorough assessments, developing care plans tailored to individual patient needs, and executing treatment interventions.
• Perform essential nursing tasks, such as administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and providing wound care, in accordance with physicians’ orders and the patients’ conditions.
• Collaborate effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team, communicating openly with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare personnel to ensure cohesive patient care.
• Document all patient interactions, care plans, and nursing interventions accurately in electronic medical records to support continuity of care and facilitate quality improvements.
• Educate patients and their families on health management, including post-discharge instructions, medication administration, and lifestyle modifications to promote better health outcomes.
• Adhere to safety protocols and infection control standards, identifying and mitigating potential risks to ensure patient and staff well-being.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance your nursing skills and stay abreast of advancements in healthcare practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
