Job Title: Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Hospital-Affiliated Setting (Los Angeles, California)

Work Hours: Monday - Friday: 9 AM-5 PM

Compensation: $120,000.00 - $150,000 per year + benefits

Job Duties:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of RNs and providers
• Administer medications, injections, and immunizations
• Assist with procedures and monitor patient response
• Take and record vital signs, patient history, and intake assessments
• Perform wound care, catheterization, and other scope-appropriate skills
• Offer comfort, compassion, and education during patient visits
• Help patients understand their treatment plans and follow-up instructions
• Communicate effectively with families and caregivers

Qualifications:

• Active California LPN license in good standing
• Current BLS certification
• Excellent clinical judgment, attention to detail, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team-focused, patient-first environment
• 1+ year of experience in an acute care or clinic setting
• Familiarity with Epic EMR
• Experience working with diverse populations or in a community health setting
